One Peninsula is a residential project by HOLM Developments on Ambassadori Island in Batumi. The island master plan is designed by SHoP Architects, combining residences, hotels, retail and leisure spaces. Apartments are delivered furnished, with private terraces and views of the Black Sea, the island and the Mtirala mountains. According to the developer, the island features a yacht club, marina, promenade, white sand beaches and a shopping mall. Project amenities include a rooftop swimming pool, green terrace, fitness centre, sauna, steam room, yoga terrace, outdoor lounges, resident cinema, games room, kids play area and padel court. Completion is scheduled for Q3 2030 with a 4-year installment plan. According to the developer, terms are fixed by the contract.
