When you submit a request through a form on Facebook or Instagram or on the gepart.ge website, we receive:

• your name;
• your phone number;
• your email address;
• your answers to the form questions (purchase timeline, budget, convenient time for a call);
• technical request data: the date, and the advertising campaign and ad it came from.

We do not ask for passport details, payment details or other special categories of data.

• To contact you about your request and select properties in Georgia.
• To send you the materials you requested.
• To assess the effectiveness of our advertising in aggregate form.

Legal basis: your consent, which you give by submitting a request, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

• Bitrix24, the CRM system where we store requests.
• Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram): you submit requests through their forms.
• Google (Google Analytics): the service we use to measure traffic to the gepart.ge website.

We do not sell your data or share it for other companies' advertising.

Data is processed in the UAE and on the servers of our providers, which may be located outside the European Union. We share data only with those who undertake to protect it.

For as long as we are working on your request and no longer than 3 years from the last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
