Studios and apartments with one and two bedrooms are on sale, along with commercial premises and parking spaces, and the interiors are designed by D73. The rooftop has a terrace and an infinity pool, and the building has a fitness centre, a 24/7 lobby with concierge, supermarkets and restaurants. According to the developer, all permits have been received, construction has started and completion is scheduled for February 2029.
